Distance Sales Agreement
This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
This agreement is concluded on the date the order is confirmed between the Seller and the Buyer, whose details are given below, for orders placed electronically on magaza.degirmen.tr.
Scope: The agreement applies to products whose price is shown on the site and which can be purchased directly. For products sold by quotation without a listed price, the order details are set by the written quote and its acceptance; statutory pre-contractual information and withdrawal rights in consumer transactions remain reserved.
1. Parties
Seller: DEĞİRMEN SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş.
Address: Değirmen Plaza, Mehmet Akif Mah. Bahariye Cad. Akarsu Sk. No:4, 34307 İkitelli / Istanbul, Türkiye

Phone: +90 212 494 33 33 · Email: info@degirmen.com.tr
Buyer: The natural or legal person who provides their name, title, address, contact and billing details when ordering. The Buyer may purchase as a consumer or within the scope of their commercial or professional activity.
2. Subject of the agreement
The sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website, and the rights and obligations of the parties. The type, quantity, unit price, taxes and total amount of the ordered product appear in the order summary and the order confirmation email.
3. Price and payment
Prices on the site are in Turkish lira and include VAT. No extra VAT is added at checkout. Payment is made by the methods offered at checkout. Shipping is not included in the order amount; goods are shipped carriage forward and the shipping fee is paid to the carrier on delivery.
4. Delivery
The product is delivered to the address given by the Buyer within 30 days at the latest from the Seller's receipt of the order. If the Seller cannot deliver within this period, the Buyer may terminate the agreement and payments collected are refunded within 14 days together with statutory interest as required by the relevant legislation. On delivery, it is recommended to check the packaging and request a report if there is damage; the absence of a report does not by itself remove the consumer's statutory rights.
5. Right of withdrawal
A Buyer purchasing as a consumer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before delivery. Notice of withdrawal may be given by email, by written message via WhatsApp or by written notice to the Seller's address. The phone line is for support. Unless the Seller states that it will collect the product itself, the product is returned within 14 days of the notice; since no contracted carrier is specified in the pre-contractual information form, the return shipping cost is borne by the Seller. The Seller undertakes to refund the price collected and any delivery costs collected within 14 days at the latest from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund is made in one go, in a manner suitable for the payment method used, without additional charges. Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are listed in article 8 of the Pre-Contractual Information Form.
Buyers purchasing within the scope of their commercial or professional activity are not consumers and cannot use the right of withdrawal; the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and the Turkish Code of Obligations apply to these purchases.
6. Defective products
For defective products, the consumer may use the optional rights under article 11 of Law No. 6502. In commercial purchases, the periods for notifying defects are subject to article 23 of the Turkish Commercial Code.
7. Dispute resolution
In consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction according to the monetary limits. Before applying to a consumer court, the mandatory mediation provisions and exceptions under article 73/A of Law No. 6502 are taken into account. In commercial purchases, the relevant statutory rules on jurisdiction and venue apply.
8. Entry into force
By ticking the checkbox on the cart page, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all terms of this agreement and the Pre-Contractual Information Form. The agreement enters into force when the Seller confirms the order. The consent given in the cart is kept in the order record.
