Delivery Terms

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Products bought directly

  • Delivery is made to addresses within Türkiye. A consumer order is fulfilled within the stated delivery period and at the latest within 30 days of Değirmen's receipt of the order. For in-stock products, delivery may be completed sooner.
  • Shipping is paid by the recipient: The shipping fee is not included in the product price; it is paid to the carrier on delivery. The amount may vary depending on the delivery address and the weight or volume of the parcel. You can contact us before ordering for information about the shipping fee.
  • For consumers, the shipping fee, or if it cannot be calculated in advance the fact that additional costs may arise, is disclosed before the order. Additional costs not disclosed in advance cannot be charged to the consumer.
  • The carrier and tracking details are sent by email when the shipment is prepared.
  • If you notice an error in the delivery details, contact us without delay. Address correction and delivery status are assessed together; the consumer's statutory rights are reserved.

2. Machines sold by quotation

  • Delivery time, shipping method (parcel, freight or special transport), transport and insurance terms are stated in the written quote.
  • The scope of unloading, positioning and installation services and any fees are explained separately before the order; services with additional fees are provided with the buyer's approval.
  • Statutory delivery periods also apply to consumer sales made by quotation. A different period may be agreed for goods prepared to the consumer's specific wishes or personal needs.

3. Inspection and damage on delivery

We recommend that you check the packaging on delivery. If there is damage, ask the carrier for a report and inform us without delay. The absence of a report or of same-day notice does not by itself remove the consumer's statutory rights.
