Terms of Sale and Use

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This website is operated by DEĞİRMEN SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. ("Değirmen"). Use of the site, quote requests and orders are subject to the terms below. The consumer's statutory rights are reserved.

1. Who we sell to

Both consumers and persons and companies purchasing within the scope of their commercial or professional activity can order from our site. Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation apply to purchases made as a consumer.

2. Two ways to buy

Direct purchase: You can add products whose price is shown on the product page and which are available for purchase to the cart and proceed to checkout. Before ordering, the Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement are presented on the cart page.

Sale by quotation: For products without a listed price, a written quote with price, delivery and payment terms is prepared on request. The sale is concluded by written acceptance of the quote within its validity period and confirmation of the order. Mandatory consumer rights also apply to consumer transactions made by quotation.

3. Prices, taxes and shipping

Amounts are in Turkish lira. Prices on the site are in Turkish lira and include VAT. No extra VAT is added at checkout. Quotes also state taxes and the total amount separately.

Goods are shipped carriage forward; the shipping fee is not included in the product price and is paid to the carrier on delivery. For consumer orders, the delivery cost, or if it cannot be calculated in advance the fact that additional costs may arise, must be disclosed before the order. Additional costs not disclosed in advance cannot be charged to the consumer. Details are on the Delivery Terms page.

4. Payment and delivery

For direct purchases, the methods offered on the checkout page are used. For sales by quotation, the payment method and terms are stated in the quote. For sales of goods to consumers, the order is fulfilled within the promised period and at the latest within 30 days of the seller's receipt of the order. A different delivery period may be agreed for goods prepared to the consumer's specific wishes or personal needs.

5. Right of withdrawal, returns and warranty

For consumer purchases, except for statutory exceptions, there is a right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. The return process, exceptions, defective products and warranty are explained on the Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Warranty page. 6. Product information

Product images and technical specifications are prepared on the basis of manufacturer information. The ordered product must match the characteristics described at the time of the order. You can check your model and variant selection before ordering.

7. Intellectual property

Rights to the original texts and designs on the site belong to Değirmen; product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They may not be used without the permission of the relevant rights holder.

8. Information errors

Değirmen takes care to ensure that product and price information is accurate. If an error is found, the buyer is contacted. This statement does not remove rights arising from a concluded agreement or from consumer legislation.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

Turkish law applies. In consumer disputes, applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the consumer court within the applicable monetary limits and jurisdiction rules. Before applying to a consumer court, the mandatory mediation provisions and exceptions under article 73/A of Law No. 6502 are taken into account. In commercial transactions, the relevant statutory rules on jurisdiction and venue apply.
