Pre-Contractual Information Form

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This form has been prepared to inform you, before you place an order, about products bought directly on magaza.degirmen.tr (products whose price is shown on the product page). The product, quantity, price and total amount of your order appear in the order summary.

Sales by quotation: The order details of products without a listed price are set in the written quote. Statutory pre-contractual information and withdrawal rights also apply to consumer transactions made by quotation.

2. Who can order

Both consumers and persons and companies purchasing within the scope of their commercial or professional activity can order from our site. Those shopping as consumers benefit from the rights arising from Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product information

The main characteristics, technical specifications and manufacturer catalogues of products are on the relevant product page. For products with model options, the order is placed for the selected model. Images are for illustration; the technical specifications on the product page are binding.

4. Price, taxes and shipping

Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. No extra VAT is added at checkout; the total amount payable appears in the order summary. Shipping is paid by the recipient: the shipping fee is not added to the order amount, is paid to the carrier on delivery and depends on the carrier's rates.

5. Payment

Payment is made by the methods offered at checkout (bank transfer; other methods where offered). The order is processed once payment is approved, and the order summary is sent by email.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made within Türkiye to the address given in the order. The order is delivered within 30 days at the latest from the Seller's receipt of the order; for in-stock products delivery is usually completed sooner. We recommend that you check the packaging on delivery, ask the carrier for a report if there is damage and inform us without delay. The absence of a report or of same-day notice does not by itself remove the consumer's statutory rights.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you shopped as a consumer, you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

• Notice: You can send your notice of withdrawal within the 14-day period by email to info@degirmen.com.tr, by written message to our WhatsApp line or by written notice to our address above. Our phone line is for support; please send your notice of withdrawal in writing.
• Returning the product: Unless the Seller states that it will collect the product itself, return the product with its standard accessories within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. Sharing the order or invoice number makes tracking easier.
• Return shipping cost: Since no contracted carrier is specified in this form, the return shipping cost in case of withdrawal is borne by the Seller.
• Refund: The Seller undertakes to refund the price collected and any delivery costs collected within 14 days at the latest from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund is made in one go, in a manner suitable for the payment method used, without additional charges.
• Liability: You are not liable for changes and deterioration resulting from using the product during the withdrawal period in line with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use.

8. Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

Under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in particular for the following products:

• Products prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs, made to order or cut to size (for example sieve, filter and printing cloths cut to a custom size),
• Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons,
• Products that deteriorate quickly or may pass their expiry date,
• Products that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and by their nature cannot be separated,
• Services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

9. Defective products and warranty

For defective products, your optional rights under article 11 of Law No. 6502 are reserved. Warranty coverage and period vary by product; for products that require a warranty certificate, the certificate is delivered with the product. For details, see the Returns and Right of Withdrawal page.

10. Complaints and disputes

You can send your complaints to us first. For purchases made as a consumer, depending on the amount in dispute, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court of your place of residence or the place where the transaction was made. The monetary limits are updated every year by the Ministry of Trade. Before applying to a consumer court, the mandatory mediation provisions and exceptions under article 73/A of Law No. 6502 are taken into account.

Before placing an order, you confirm this form and the Distance Sales Agreement using the checkbox on the cart page. Your consent is kept in the order record and the order summary is sent to you by email.
